Author Susan Cain will lead a workshop on developing more trust as a leader in the upcoming Horse Sense for Leaders Workshop. Leaders will complete an assessment to find out how “trustable” they are. At the workshop leaders will experience the sights and sounds of a working horse farm and experience Join-Up, Monty Robert’s signature training approach.
