Uckele Donates to Rescue Emaciated Retired Coach Horses

Uckele Health & Nutrition has sent nutritional relief for two retired Percheron coach horses that were found emaciated when the Last Chance Corral Rescue Group picked them up Friday, October 14.

The two majestic giants—Luke and Ike—have been enjoying the benefits of Uckele’s flagship product CocoSoya, a highly palatable concentrated fatty acid energy source proven for healthy weight gain and improved coat and hoof condition. Additional products were sent to help shore up nutritional losses, improve body condition and support digestive issues associated with starvation. Products to support joint and hooves that can become damaged by malnourishment were also sent as well as topical shampoos and skin rescue products to nourish damaged skin and coat.

In a Facebook post, the rescue group stated, “We do believe they are already starting to gain weight! Thank you all for your continued help in their recovery, they are going through food like teenage boys at an all you can eat buffet!”
