Correct entries from each week's trivia quiz will automatically be entered in a drawing on February 29, 2012 to win the Carhartt Jacket. You may answer each week's trivia question only once, but you may answer all four of them through February 29, increasing your number of entries in the drawing. New trivia questions are posted every Friday. Contest is open to equine industry professionals only, in the U.S. and Canada.
Our iPad contest has ended. Our winner is StableManagement.com reader Sally Mandell of Yerba Buena Farms in Anthony, New Mexico.
Congratulations, Sally!
The Answer to Last Week's Question: WW2. The last horse-mounted cavalry charge by a U.S. Cavalry unit took place on the Bataan Peninsula, in the Philippines, on January 16, 1942. The 26th Cavalry Regiment of the Philippine Scouts executed the charge against Japanese forces near the village of Morong. All submissions with the correct answer will be put into the drawing for the Carhartt Jacket. Now try your luck at this week's question and for another chance at winning the Carhartt!
