SHELBURNE, VT — MAY 22, 2013 — Like all of you, those of us here at the American Morgan Horse Association (AMHA) and American Morgan Horse Educational Charitable Trust are stunned by the images and reports of devastation coming out of Oklahoma.
A fund has been established to assist with the relief and recovery efforts related to the tornados. These funds will be directed to specific local Moore, Oklahoma, organizations in need of funds or the American Red Cross.
“Oklahoma holds a special place in our hearts as the host of the annual Grand National & World Champion Morgan Horse Show® each October,” said AMHA Executive Director, Julie Broadway. “We would like to show them we are thinking of them during the aftermath of the recent tragic weather events.”
