New Bolton Center’s First Tuesday Lecture Series

New Bolton Center’s next First Tuesday Lecture will be April 6 at 6:30 p.m. in Alumni Hall at the University of Pennsylvania’s New Bolton Center. The presenter will be Dr. Jennifer Linton, who will present on “Equine Pregnancy: What to Expect When Your Horse is Expecting.”

During this lecture, Linton will discuss regular timing for evaluation of the mare, routine management (including vaccination and deworming), and signs of giving birth or of impending abortion. Specific topics such as twins, fetal gender identification and placentitis also will be covered.

First Tuesday is a free monthly lecture series for horse owners and enthusiasts
