Brooke USA Launches Campaign for Irma’s Equine Victims

The scope of devastation by Hurricane Harvey motivated Brooke USA to pledge $25,000 to the USEF Equine Disaster Relief Fund for Texas, which it fulfilled. Now Brooke USA will focus on the equine victims of Hurricane Irma.

Brooke USA’s mission is to significantly improve the welfare of horses, donkeys and mules and the people they serve throughout Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America. However, the scope of devastation by Hurricane Harvey motivated Brooke USA to pledge $25,000 to the USEF Equine Disaster Relief Fund for Texas, which it fulfilled. Now Brooke USA will focus on the equine victims of Hurricane Irma.

Headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky, Brooke USA supports sustainable equine welfare programs through fundraising and stewarding donations to the areas of greatest need around the world.

Under the current campaign, 100% of the money raised will be used to benefit the equine victims of Hurricane Irma through regional equine disaster relief efforts via the USEF Equine Disaster Relief Fund.
