Charles Wilhelm, internationally known as America’s most respected horse trainer, will be presenting his Ultimate Super Horse Challenge at Horse Expo Pomona, Feb. 6-9, 2014.
You may ask “What is a Super Horse?” A Super Horse can appear in a parade one day, work cows the next, compete in an equitation class the following day–and more. The Super Horse can do all that with lightness, cadence, carriage, fluidity and responsiveness. This is not a race, the event is designed to showcase the rider’s control, and the horse’s relaxed lightness and responsiveness throughout the course. The competition is designed to challenge the horse and rider to excel in their abilities and to demonstrate communication, horsemanship and equitation.
The competition will run over three days, encompassing four different events, and narrows down to the top five finalists who compete head-to-head on Saturday evening, where the winner is awarded with a custom Charles Wilhelm saddle, buckle and other great prizes. The top five finalists will be awarded with cash or prizes.
And if you don’t want to enter, you can participate by attending the Horse Expo and watching these exciting challenges. Then you’ll get an idea of what it takes to have a Super Horse!
To highlight the weekend, the top five will showcase their horse in a short musical freestyle on Sunday. Charles believes in bringing nothing but the best to Horse Expo Pomona, so you can be sure The Ultimate Super Horse Challenge will be a real treat!
