Follow the Longines FEI World Cup Jumping Final on the New Practical Horseman World Cup Microsite

Practical Horseman launched a new microsite dedicated to the Longines FEI World Cup Jumping Final, which returns to the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, April 15–19, 2015, for the first time since 2009. The site offers all the latest news, photos and stories as well as the chance to win a trip for two to the big event in Las Vegas sponsored by Adequan, Blue Seal, Farnam and Soft Ride.

The Practical Horseman World Cup microsite will follow the Longines FEI World Cup show-jumping action with news, featured articles, postcards from top equestrian journalist Nancy Jaffer leading up to and during the event, a photo gallery with show-jumping photos, and blogs from “The Jurga Report” by Fran Jurga.

Before the FEI World Cup kicks off, site visitors can enter the Win a Vegas World Cup Backstage Pass with Peter Leone contest for a chance to experience the excitement in Las Vegas. One grand-prize winner will win the trip for two as part of a package that includes round-trip airfare, five-night hotel accommodations, show-jumping tickets, PLUS a “backstage pass” to spend an afternoon at the finals with Olympic silver medalist Peter Leone. The contest can be entered at through Oct. 31. It is open to those ages 18 and older and only one entry is allowed per person. A random drawing will be held on or around Nov. 7 to select the winner.

The Longines FEI World Cup Show Jumping Final is a three-phase event. If a jumper does not qualify for Sunday’s two-round finale, they can still compete in Saturday night’s $75,000 Las Vegas Jumping Grand Prix for the John Quirk Cup, given in memory of the late Californian who came up with the idea of holding the finals in Vegas.

If you don’t want to chance missing out on any of the exclusive coverage of the 2015 Longines FEI World Cup Jumping Final, be sure to visit, brought to you by Practical Horseman.
