Arcadia, CA, Dec. 5 — HRTV (R), The Network For Horse Sports, will once again team up with HITS (Horse Shows in the Sun) and A Good Show to present the television premiere of the prestigious HITS Pfizer $1 Million Grand Prix from Saugerties, NY this Sunday, Dec. 9, at 9 p.m. ET.
One of the sport’s richest, and most acclaimed, show jumping events, the Pfizer $1 Million Grand Prix annually takes place in upstate New York in early September. The lucrative Grand Prix was first available to equestrian fans
worldwide, via a live webcast on HRTV.com.
This year’s competition featured the top 40 riders based on the Million Grand Prix rider rankings, and among the participants was the outstanding Olympian, McLain Ward.
Thursday’s HRTV unveiling will include expert commentary from the network’s Carolyn Conley, who will team with acclaimed equestrian broadcaster, Mike Moran, for extensive coverage, including interviews with key participants, special interest stories, and more, from Grand Prix Stadium.
