Mustang Heritage Foundation Rundraiser Is Coming

The Mustang Heritage Foundation is hosting the Player’s Choice Casino Night, September 7, at the Will Rogers Equestrian Center in Fort Worth, Texas.

The Mustang Heritage Foundation (MHF) is hosting the second annual Player’s Choice Casino Night, Friday, September 7, 2018, in the Roundup Inn at the Will Rogers Equestrian Center in Fort Worth, Texas. The Casino Night runs in conjunction with the 2018 Player’s Choice Extreme Mustang Makeover and was created to add extra entertainment for spectators and contestants, and it serves as a fundraiser for MHF.

Individuals can expect casino tables, cash bar, a silent auction, Mexican buffet, raffle drawings, dancing and more, all benefiting the MHF. Advance tickets are $30 for MHF members, $35 for non-members and $40 at the door. All proceeds raised go to MHF to support programs and increased adoptions.

“The competing trainers work incredibly hard when preparing for the event, so I love that they are able to enjoy an evening of community while showing their continued support of the Mustang Heritage Foundation,” said Lizzy Foster, MHF Event and Program Director.

The MHF is a public, charitable, nonprofit organization with many programs and events designed to provide information and education about wild horses and burros. Some of the programs and events include the Trainer Incentive Program (TIP), Veterans and Mustangs Program, America’s Mustang virtual reality experience, Mustang Magic, and the Extreme Mustang Makeover.

“The Casino Night fundraiser is a fun event for our fans and supporters,” said Kali Sublett, MHF Executive Director. “All proceeds from Casino Night will be invested in adoption and educational programs allowing us to move more mustangs out of holding and into private care. With everyone’s support it is going to be an amazing year for America’s mustangs and burros. Come out, have a good time and support a great cause!”

The MHF would like to thank Weisberg Stables for being an official partner for the Player’s Choice Casino Night and Extreme Mustang Makeover. As a nonprofit organization, the MHF relies on private and corporate support to continue mustang training, adoption and education programs. Events like the Player’s Choice Casino Night help the Foundation raise money for current and future events and programs.
