Professional Farriers and Life Data Labs Announce Partnership to Benefit Ill or Injured Farriers

The American and Canadian Associations of Professional Farriers (AAPF/CAPF) are pleased to announce that Life Data Labs has become a Corporate Sponsor of their Farrier Assistance program. The AAPF/CAPF Farrier Assistance program was created to provide short-term assistance for members who are unable to work as farriers due to illness or injury.

Once an ill or injured farrier is identified the Farrier Assistance Committee, under the direction of current committee chairman Chris Penola, APF, of Newton, Pennsylvania, meets to discuss the situation and develops a customized answer for the ill or injured farrier’s needs. Answers could come in the form of fellow AAPF/CAPF members from all across the country coming to the area of the ill or injured farrier to provide farrier services for the horses under the care of the ill or injured farrier, direct financial support to the ill or injured farrier to pay ongoing expenses, and other customized answers.

Life Data Labs Inc. is a dedicated product manufacturer committed to supplying their customers with premium quality animal nutrition and health products through continuous product improvement and new product development. Life Data Labs continuously strives to improve their processes, products and services. “Since launching our company, we have enjoyed a very positive working relationship with the farrier industry,” said Linda Gravlee, president of Life Data Labs. “Through the development of our products, we have always solicited the input of farriers from all parts of North America. The creation of this sponsorship with the AAPF/CAPF will allow our company to give back to the farrier industry.”

“The addition of Life Data Labs as a corporate sponsor for our Farrier Assistance program will allow the program to offer new and additional services to ill or injured farriers who are members of the AAPF/CAPF,” said Dave Farley, APF, president of AAPF/CAPF. “Life Data Labs founder Frank Gravlee, DVM, MS, CNS, has demonstrated an unending commitment to the farrier industry. This sponsorship will allow an even greater number of ill or injured farriers to be served.”
