Schleese Video “Beyond the 9 Points of Saddle Fitting” was named as a finalist in the New York Equus Film Festival.

The Equus Film Festival is the first film festival oriented around equestrian themed content from all over the world. Storytellers show the rich history and diverse tapestry of horses in human culture through equestrian content. There are feature films, documentaries, shorts, music videos, commercials, training videos (like ours!) art, and literary submissions. The Film Festival was created to highlight and award the diverse and creative efforts of all who pay artistic homage to the horse. In 2016, the festival hosted over 150 films at the Village East Cinema in NYC, gathered from 17 countries around the world.

Beyond the 9 Points of Saddle Fit will be showing on Friday November 17 at 4:15 pm at the pop-up gallery. This compilation of educational information enlightens equestrians and equine professionals at all levels to possible causes for symptomatic issues resulting from poor saddle fit, including lameness, muscle atrophy, sore backs and ‘bad behavior’.

The festival takes place from November 17-19, 2017 at the Helen Mills Theatre in NYC, 135 W 26 Street. (212-243-6200)
