The American Miniature Horse Association Unveils New Website

The American Miniature Horse Association (AMHA) has unveiled its new website, allowing members and visitors alike a glimpse into the wonderful World of American Miniature Horses.

The new AMHA website will offer a much more visually stimulating vista with beautiful photos, interactive videos and easily accessible forms and literature, making registration, transfers and general Miniature horse knowledge within easy reach of new or existing small equine enthusiasts. This milestone proves that the AMHA is a sound Miniature horse breed organization. While the horse industry as a whole has been experiencing a downturn, the AMHA has enjoyed new growth and continues to reach new members. The AMHA typically welcomes 50-90 new members each month, and last year registered over 4,600 Miniature horses.

AMHA Vice President, Al Bulgawicz said, “This new website will reach even more Miniature horse enthusiasts worldwide who are realizing the Miniature horse of today is indeed the Horse for Everyone.”

Established in 1978, the American Miniature Horse Association was organized by a group of dedicated horsemen to aid and encourage the breeding, exhibiting, use and perpetuation of the American Miniature Horse, separate and apart from ponies and other small equines. The AMHA celebrates this milestone that demonstrates the objective of American Miniature horse breeders and their efforts to maintain accurate records and protect the integrity of these versatile and incredible horses.
