Merit Tack has introduced a Western Cork Saddle Pad, using sustainably harvested and recycled cork particles. The pad molds to the shape of each horse’s back, filling in voids and evenly dispersing pressure, and returns to its original shape after each use. The pad is also machine-washable and sells for $195. An English version is also available for $120.
